Analyst notes: how the score was built

SoulGen's 3.3 comes from scoring an image studio as a companion app. Its credit table is one of the most transparent anywhere: 1–2 credits for a character image, 3–8 for edits, 10–40 per 5 seconds of video, 0.2 per chat message, 1 a minute for calls and 10 to create a soulmate.

Pro (reported at $12.99 a month or $90.99 a year) includes 100 credits, so a couple of video clips can use most of a month's allowance. The free tier gives a small number of credits with blurred or watermarked output, according to reviewers.

Memory and conversation depth are secondary to generation, which caps its memory signal. Reviewers report a strict refund policy and raise consent and likeness concerns about the 'Looks Like' tool, which costs it on our privacy and trust measures.

Risk register. The financial risk is video. A single 5-second clip can use up to 40 of Pro's 100 monthly credits.
